McCracken served as exclusive M&A advisor to shopper marketing and media agency, Lunchbox LP for its sale to JWT North America. The deal is the latest acquisition by the WPP division and part of a broader diversification strategy to move into fast-growing markets. Lunchbox, a 70-person shop, founded in 2005, is based in Los Angeles and works with retailer partners to create custom communications that influence consumers in making purchasing decisions for its clients at point of sale.
