Keith McCracken

CEO & Co-Founder

Keith McCracken hails from Liverpool, England and has enjoyed a career that spans both sides of the Atlantic. In 1986, Keith founded the marketing communications agency McCracken Brooks and under his leadership, the agency gained international recognition for its breakthrough creative work and was named U.S. Marketing Agency of the Year, an unprecedented and still unmatched, three years in a row from 1991-1993.

A serial entrepreneur, in 2000 McCracken was one of the founding partners of the GEM Group, an international sponsorship and marketing services agency with offices in North America, Europe and Asia.

In 2002, Keith was inducted into the Hall of Fame of the Marketing Agencies Association Worldwide and remains a Lifetime Member.

He is a principal at McCracken Advisory Partners where he serves as CEO and Managing Partner. Always interested in all things international, Keith has helped the investment banking firm that bears his name achieve global recognition for its work in mergers and acquisitions.

As part of Keith’s philosophy of giving back to the industry, he served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of St. Thomas, Minnesota and for many years as board member of the Marketing Agencies Association.

Ronnie Cohen


Ronnie Cohen brings over 30-years experience in the marketing services arena – initially in agency leadership and in the last decade in the acquisition and integration of data-driven creative and technology companies.

She was one of the founding partners of Hawkeye Communications, a ‘below-the-line’ roll up of marketing communications agencies.

Prior to Hawkeye, she was President of NW Ayer Direct, Executive Vice-President of Wunderman and ran Hill Holliday Direct in Boston for many years.

Ronnie began her professional career in 1972 as a copywriter. In 1980, Ms. Cohen began a long association with Grey Advertising, launching and leading several units of their burgeoning direct marketing division, Grey Direct. She opened and ran Grey Direct offices in Geneva, Switzerland and Los Angeles, California.

Ronnie Cohen has served the Direct Marketing Association in various capacities, including President of the DMA’s Agency Council and Chairperson of its Marketing Council. She is a founding member of the DM Creative Guild. As a co-founding partner of McCracken Advisory Partners, Ronnie oversees New York and the East Coast operations.

Rogerio Campos

Rogerio Campos has over 25-years of multi-platform experience in marketing communication and media with multi-national agencies including JWT, Leo Burnett, McCann Erickson and Ogilvy. He has developed an innovative approach to solving complex business problems and shepherding marcom agencies into building successful partnerships with one another.

He is experienced in wide range of established marketing disciplines, including branding & design, direct marketing, advertising, sponsorship activation, retail promotion, digital and shopper marketing.

Rogerio is multicultural executive with hands-on experience building brands in Brazil and internationally, having operated in the Americas (North and South), in Europe and in Asia.
